Dr. K.P Najeemudeen
Founder & CEO
Dr. K.P Najeemudeen is a Doctoral Degree holder in Management and an MBA with specialization in Marketing. He is a well known academician and motivational speaker with 12 years of industrial experience along with 5 years experience in teaching and skill development. He is also a JCI Certified Zone Trainer, conducting training programmes for students and professionals on various topics since 2013. He has authored 4 books and has published research papers in various international journals and periodicals. He has presented papers in many international and national level conferences and seminars. He has also been Guest editor for many international journals. He has conducted training programmes in more than 100 stages. He is specialised in Career Guidance and Entrepreneurship Development Training. His ‘Take Diversion’ series of entrepreneurship lectures are so popular in Kerala. He is also the Chief Marketing Officer of Hygienez Cleaning Products.
Jamesh Kottakkal

Mr. Jamesh Kottakkal has earned his reputation in South India as a prominent ad film maker and fashion photographer. The Kerala born multi-talented personality is now entering Mollywood as a Director through a movie titled ‘The Beautiful Game’ starring Prithvi Raj in lead role. He was born into the family of ace photographers from the bygone era and started his career in photography way back in Nineties. He is specialized in Fashion Photography, Ad Film Making, Advertising, Photo Journalism and Celebrity Photography. He has shot several legendary figures in Indian film Industry such as Mammootty, Mohan Lal, Nayanthara among several others. He is assigned by several prominent publications such as India Today, Filmfare, Vanitha, Grihalakshmi, Star & Style and the like for their cover shoots. He is also into calendar photography for several corporate firms. His unique style and creative excellence is well respected in the industry.

His major experience and expertise lies in strategizing and leading cross-functional teams to bring about fundamental change and improvement in strategy, process, and profitability – both as a leader and expert consultant.
Dr. Dinesh K Sadayakumar

Dr. Dinesh K Sadayakumar is an Educator, Life Coach and Orator. He is a highly driven and successful senior managerial level employee with a decade of experience in driving successful academic and business operations and in enhancing corporate productivity. His service and guidance as a Strategy & HR Consultant has provided greater impetus to the growth and success of many a number of business entities all over Kerala.
Dr. Jensmon George
Advisor - Business Incubation
Dr. Jensmon George has done his PhD in Management from Bharathiyar University, Coimbatore. He has qualified the UGC NET in Management. He has done his MSc in Psychology from Madras University. He is a Science graduate specialized in Botany from the Calicut University and has an MBA degree from Mangalam College of Engineering affiliated to the Mahatma Gandhi University. He started his career as a Junior Sales Manager in HDFC Bank Limited. He is having 13 years of academic tenure in Business Administration and Management.
